As a coach supervisor, I help coaches individually and in groups to ensure that they are fit for purpose. To me, their well-being precedes their sound practice.
Organisational & Executive Coaching
Apart from coaching individuals and teams to meet their ambitions, I help organisations to build a sustainable coaching culture. I deliver the ICF ACSTH coaching programmes and develop the team leaders into qualified coaches.
ICF Mentoring
I help PCC and MCC candidates to achieve their credentials by guiding them to improve their performance according to the ICF competencies. We work together on the 10-hour mentoring engagement over a minimum of 3 months to fulfil their ICF credentialing requirements.
